Pediatric pharmacology is attractive theme solving the most basic problems of the pediatric diseases management – their therapy. For the therapy success is important no only a right selection of the drug, but the child’s/adolescent’s access to the therapy and a keeping of the therapeutic regime, too – his adherence. In children and especially in adolescents it is often and serious problem what belongs to the etiologies of three times higher incidence of the reactions to drugs than in adults. Authors on the examples of the often pediatric age diseases analyze most important adherence therapy problems of children and adolescents.
