The paper presents a review of follow-up of the monitoring of patients after primary oncogynecologic treatment. The main objective of the follow-up is early diagnosis and treatment of relapse, psychological support, diagnosis and treatment of complications after treatment and data collection for research. There are no randomized studies on this issue. The spectrum of diagnostic methods and intervals of the follow-up are subjects of discussion. The quality of life and cost-benefit of follow-up methods are extremely important.
