Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic demyelinating, inflammatory neurological disease, considered the most physically
disabling non-traumatic neurological disease in young adults. Currently, we know effective medicament therapy to
reduce relapses, changes on MRI, and slow disability. However, despite the medication, many patients suffer from
chronic fatigue, emotional instability, patients continue to have exacerbations, accumulate disability due to partial
effectiveness of the treatment. One of additive treatment approaches is joga. Here we described benefits of joga,
having potential neuroprotective effects on human brains.
