Ectopic deciduosis is extrauterine occurrence of decidual tissue outside the endometrium. It is a benign lesion with
a variable clinical picture. Although deciduosis is most frequently asymptomatic, it might rarely cause pain or intraperitoneal
haemorrhage. We describe a case study of randomly-detected tumour of the appendix during the C-section.
