The causes of vaginal bleeding in children vary. In differential diagnosis, a vaginoscopic
examination, which is suitable for children under general anaesthesia, is always
helpful. Müllerian papilloma is a rare tumour in children. Its therapy consists of the
localised excision. Primary and recurrent tumours are characterised by a good prognosis.
In this case report, we are describing a girl aged 2.5 years with recurrent vaginal
bleeding and with histologically confirmed Müllerian papilloma, followed by
cervical recurrence a half a year later.
