CASE STUDY OF INDICATION TO CAESAREAN SECTION IN PATIENTS WITH PREECLAMPSIA

In the presented article the indication to the caesarean section were analysed in
the 210 patients with pre-eclampsia. The most common indication from the side of
a mother was previous caesarean section, which created up to 20 % of the cases followed
by multiple pregnancies in 13 %. The most frequent indication from the side
of the foetus was imminent intrauterine asphyxia in (24 %) cases and hypotrophy of
the foetus (17 %). In the year 2015 the increased rate of the caesarean section in patients
with preeclampsia up to 71 % was detected.
