The temporary cardiac stimulation is a mode of treatment, which uses electrical stimulation of heart for determining its rhythm or sequence of activation of stimulated chambers of the heart. We may proceed further with transthoracal, transvenous, epicardial and transesophageal stimulation. The temporary cardiostimulation is as every diagnostic and therapeutic operation associated with risk of complications. In this article we will address complications of temporary transvenous cardiostimulation which are not infrequent.
