Biological treatment presents a large group of medicaments, which have a targeted regulatory intervention directly
into aetiopathological processes in common. Such a specific influencing allows for increase in efficacy and often also
in safety in comparison with some modalities of present treatment. On the other hand it brings several possible unfavourable
effects. At present a large number of patients is treated with various types of biologics, which an internist can
meet with in daily practice and possible unfavourable effects of these medicaments he has to involve into differential
diagnostics when searching for particular pathology.
