Adult onset Still’s disease is an autoinflamatory disease of unknown etiology characterised by a variety of clinical symtoms,
such as fever, arthritis, typical skin rash,lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly etc. In diferential diagnosis is
necesarry to exclude infectious or autoimmune disease and malignancies. Therapy is based on glucocorticoids, in case
of inadequate response a therapy with non-biological and biological DMARDS is indicated.
